NBA superstar Luol Deng says he is learning from one of the BBL’s two representatives in the Great Britain team – Sheffield’s Nate Reinking.
Reinking, 38, is one of just two home-based players in the Olympics line-up, alongside Leicester Riders’ Drew Sullivan.
And Chicago Bulls small forward Deng was full of praise for the veteran.
He told the Sheffield Star: “I’ve learned a lot from Nate – we all have. The way he takes care of himself. He’s such a pro.
“He’s such a good example. If you’re trying to have a successful career he’s the type of guy whose brains you want to pick.”
Deng, Reinking and the rest of the Great Britain team were in Sheffield over the weekend for the start of their two-match series against Portugal.
