Milton Keynes have moved quickly to snap up American forward Justin Dobbins, after he was released by Sheffield Sharks last week.
Dobbins, 24, was cut by the Sharks to accommodate their re-signing of Ryan Patton, and he has now made the move to MK, his third BBL club.
In 15 appearances for the Sharks this season, Dobbins has averaged 14.33 points per game, and he had an average of nearly 18 PPG for his previous club, Worcester, for whom he played for in 2010/11.
He could make his Lions debut against former club Sheffield, when the two meet at the English Institute of Sport on Friday.
Mike New’s men then double up to play a home game against Glasgow on Sunday (5pm tip-off).
