Mersey Tigers’ Myles Hesson earns a place in the BBL Team of the Week after helping his side to their first away victory of the season on Sunday.

The youngster picked up a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds in the win over Glasgow Rocks at Kelvin Hall to land a place in the selection for the second time this season.

After last week’s BBL Cup Final defeat, Plymouth bounced back with two wins over Guildford and Cheshire. Jeremy Bell was the star of their weekend, pouring in 27 points in each of their wins.

Worcester’s Sherrad Prezzie-Blue earns a consecutive selection in the team, his fifth of the season, after landing a double-double of 24 points and 10 assists against Cheshire Jets.

Joe Chapman of Newcastle makes a return to the selection after landing 28 points in the north east derby victory over Durham, and the final spot is taken by Daniel Northern of the MK Lions.

Northern makes his first appearance in the selection of the season after a double-double of 16 points and 18 rebounds as the Lions dented Leicester’s title hopes with a win on Saturday.
