The dates for the BBL Cup semi-finals involving Newcastle, Leicester, Worcester and Plymouth have been confirmed.
The Eagles, who are the only team left in the competition to have won it before, will play the first leg of their tie against the Riders in Leicester on November 26th, before hosting Rob Paternostro’s side on Friday December 2nd at Sport Central.
Meanwhile, the other tie between Plymouth and Worcester will be fought out over one weekend.
Worcester host the Raiders on Saturday December 10th before making the trip south on December 11th, as they look to reach their first BBL Cup final.
It has meant a couple of re-arranged games for Newcastle, with the league game against Milton Keynes being moved from December 2nd to March 9th.
The game against Worcester due to be played on March 9th, has been brought forward to December 16th.
Eagles Managing Director Paul Blake said: “We have had to re-arrange some fixtures in order to complete the Cup semi-final games before the Christmas break. We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience for our fans.”
